Vraiment cette question a une r\u00e9ponse facile. L&rsquo;huile d&rsquo;olive est compos\u00e9e dans ses 93,3% de mati\u00e8res grasses. Par cons\u00e9quent, sa valeur \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique est tr\u00e8s similaire \u00e0 celle des lipides. Chaque gramme d&rsquo;huile d&rsquo;olive contribue \u00e0 environ 8&rsquo;85 kcal.
